Privacy Policy 

The Privacy Statement applies to all individuals whose Data may be handled, whether as data user or processor, by Glasswings events private limited  (“glasswings party club ”, “we”, “us” or “our” or  GPC  ).


This Privacy Statement sets out how we collect, use, manage and protect any personal data that you provide to us or which we collect, generate and/or compile about you from time to time in connection with the products and services to which you subscribe (collectively “Data”).


Glasswings Party club  is wholly-owned  by Glasswings events private  Limited, and their respective Directors , and share holders , based in India . 


1.       Protecting Your Privacy


1.1  We are committed to processing your Data in accordance with the required standards. This includes protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your Data in compliance with, in particular and where applicable, the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy)


1.2  Before using and providing your Data for the purposes as set out in this Privacy Statement, we may be required by law to obtain your written consent, and in such cases, only after having obtained such written consent, whether directly or indirectly, may we use your Data in the manner as specified.


2.       Purpose of Data Collection


2.1  We may collect, use and disclose a range of different Data about you for the following purposes:

(a)     processing your application for membership, and administering your membership and reward issuance and redemption, of The Club (a loyalty program operated by GPC );

(b)     processing your application, registration or subscription for, and providing and administering, products, services or promotions provided or games or events organised by GPC . 

(c)     processing and facilitating your application, registration or subscription for, and providing and administering, products, services or promotions provided or games or events organised by GPC  and/or our business partners;

(d)     accessing and retrieving your account information and managing your account in relation to products or services provided or facilitated by GPC , our Group Entities, solely or in conjunction with business partners;

(e)     with your consent, for the direct marketing purposes described in the section 6 (Direct Marketing) below;

(f)      analysing and maintaining customer or user profile, behaviour and usage patterns and conducting credit, risk, product and market analysis, research, survey, identity and data verification, fraud detection and prevention, security checks, credit checks and know your customer (including anti-money laundering and sanction) and other compliance checks, generating and compiling aggregated, anonymous, statistical and/or derived data;

(g)     complying with applicable laws, rules, regulations, guidelines and licence requirements or obligations in or outside Hong Kong as may be required by government authorities, courts, law enforcement, or regulatory or investigation bodies or industry best practices;

(h)     developing and improving products, services, business systems, operations and infrastructure and business planning;

(i)      enforcing contractual rights of GPC and/or Group Entities;

(j)      evaluating your financial needs and/or giving assistance in HELPING YOU

(K)      any other purposes to which you consent from time to time; and

(L)   purposes which are directly related to any of the above purposes.


The products and services referred to in paragraphs (a) to (L) above and any those directly related to a function or activity of  gLASWINGS EVENTS PRIVATE LIMITED , above are collectively referred to as “Service(s)” hereafter.


3.       Your Data


3.1 We may collect or compile Data about you such as, but not limited to:

(a) personal particulars, including the name, date of birth and age, gender, ethnicity, marital status, salary, education, profession, family and household information and other details which may becontained in identity documents;

(b) contact details including name, address, phone number, mobile telephone number and/or email address;

(c) behavioural information including hobbies, preferences and leisure activities;

(d) payment details relating to your credit cards, debit cards and other electronic banking facilities;

(e) account details or Data relating to the Services including the PIN, username or password, account numbers and/or service numbers;

(f) device specific information including cookies, browser type, operating system, IP (Internet Protocol) address, connection data, and other information, such as hardware model, operating systems and versions, unique device identifiers (ID), serial numbers, setting configurations and software characteristics and/or configuration and mobile network configuration;

(g) your website, device and applications (app) usage data including domain names, browser types, versions and user agents, connection data, webpage views and searches, referral URLs, search history, online activities and statistics, log data, device and software characteristics and configuration;

(h) information about how you use the Services including your usage patterns and your location data when you are using the Services;

(i) information that facilitates identity verification for the purposes of the Services or any directly related purposes;

(j) health and biometric information (which could be provided to us when you use or participate inany health, wellbeing and/or insurance related services or promotions);

(k) your credit, payment and service history and information;

(l) all Data requested by applicable government authorities, courts, law enforcement or other authorities or regulatory bodies to enable us to comply with or in connection with any law, rule, regulation, guideline, judgment or court order (whether within or outside of Hong Kong); and

(m) any other Data as may be necessary for the registration, application, subscription, provision, use, administration and/or operation of the Services.


3.2 Where possible, we will indicate during Data collection whether a specific Datum is mandatory for us to enter into a contract with you or provide the Service to you. Failure to provide Data that are indicated as mandatory will prevent us from providing those particular Services to you.


4.       How We Collect Data


4.1   We collect Data in a number of ways, including from:

(a)     you directly, for example, when you provide Data by phone or via email, participate in our functions or activities, complete an application form or agreement for one of our Services, or when you submit your Data through our websites, mobile or TV apps, 2-way SMS/MMS, artificial intelligence (AI) tools made available by or through us, or over any customer service hotlines or online chat sessions; or when you contact us for any query or request; or during the ordinary course of the continuation of our business relationship with you; or when we are legally required to do so;

(b)     indirectly from Group Entities or third parties such as business partners;

(c)     indirectly from other customers or your representatives with appropriate consent from you;

(d)     publicly available sources;

(e)     our own records of how you use the Services;

(f)      your visits on our websites, or mobile or TV apps; and/or

(g)     your participation in surveys or marketing promotions organised by us or on our behalf, solely or in conjunction with Group Entities or our business partners. 


4.2   Occasionally, you may need to provide Data about other individuals to us. If so, you should obtain those individuals’ authorisation and/or consent to such use, disclosure and transfer (or the extent to which such authorisation and/or consent was obtained). You should also advise them where they can find a copy of this Privacy Statement and that how we can be contacted for further information stated under the “How to contact us” section below. 


4.3   Some of our websites use cookies or similar tracking tools on your machine or device in order to, for example, personalise your user experience and/or maintain your identity across multiple webpages and/or Internet sessions. This Data may include, but is not limited to, relevant login and authentication details as well as Data relating to your activities and the preference configurations on your device and across our websites and mobile and TV apps. Our websites are initially set up to accept cookies, some of which are necessary. You can opt out of or delete historical/optional cookies by changing the settings on your web browsers; however, if you do so, you may find that certain features on our website and/or our app do not work properly.


5.       Persons to Whom We May Disclose Your Data


5.1   We may disclose your Data for the purposes set out in section 2 (Purpose of Data Collection) above to:

(a)     service providers who provide services which assist us to carry out the above purposes, including customer services, administrative services, courier, logistics and warehouse services, technology and communication services, telecommunication and network services, installation and maintenance services, advertising, marketing and media services, data analytics and business insight services, financial, credit, credit card and debt collection services, insurance services, credit bureaus, credit-reporting and fraud-checking services, and professional services (“service providers”);

(b)     Group Entities and our business partners, and their respective service providers;

(c)     persons who offer, market, provide or administer products, services, discounts, rewards, loyalty points, rebates, vouchers, gifts and/or promotional offers to or for the benefit of members of The Club or through or in connection with The Club;

(d)     with your consent, our marketing partners described in section 6 (Direct Marketing) below;

(e)     regulatory bodies or governmental authorities upon their request or as required by law;

(f)      organisations who manage the business and corporate strategies of GLASSWINGS EVENTS PRIVATE LIMITED  or Group Entities, including those involved in a transfer or sale of all or part of our assets or business (including accounts and trade receivables) and those involved in managing our corporate risk and funding functions (e.g. securitization);

(g)     proposed or actual participants, assignees, transferees, representatives of all or any part of the operations or business of Club  or any other Group Entities;

(h)     to charities or non-profit organisations;

(i)      any other persons described in the GLASSWINGS EVENTS PRIVATE LIMITED Privacy Statement; and

(j)      any other persons to whom you consent from time to time.


5.2    We take the required steps to ensure that the service providers are bound by appropriate confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your Data and that they use your Data for the sole purpose of carrying out the services for which they have been engaged, and not for their own or other purposes (including direct marketing) unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Statement or the applicable Personal Information Collection Statements of GLASSWINGS EVENTS PRIVATE LIMITED  and (where your consent is required under applicable law) with your consent.


6.       Direct Marketing


6.1    With your consent, GLASSWINGS EVENTS PRIVATE LIMITED may use your Data (including your name, contact information, device-related information, products and services portfolio information, usage, location data, transaction and billing-related pattern and behaviour and demographic data and related derived data) to send you direct marketing communications and for related purposes. Direct marketing communications may be carried out in a variety of ways (such as in the form of a letter, bill insert/message, email, digital SMS, MMS, instant message, app push notification, targeted TV message, broadcast message on eye device, by telephone, targeted and/or personalized social media or advertisements on websites or other means).


6.2    With your consent, GLASSWINGS EVENTS PRIVATE LIMITED  may also provide your Data (including your name, contact information, device-related information, products and services portfolio information, usage, location data, transaction and billing-related pattern and behaviour and demographic data and related derived data) to:

(a)     our Group Entities; and

(b)     merchants, advertising, marketing and media service providers data insight solution providers and/or other third parties who offer or market the types of products and services specified below, and operators or facilitators of reward, loyalty and/or co-branding programmes (“marketing partners”),


for them to send you direct marketing communications by the means as specified above and for related purposes. GLASSWINGS EVENTS PRIVATE LIMITED may receive remuneration for providing Data to Group Entities and /or marketing partners.


6.3    GLASSWINGS EVENTS PRIVATE LIMITED , its Group Entities and/or its marketing partners may send you direct marketing communications regarding the following types of products and services that any of them offer or market: TV, telecommunications, over-the-top (OTT) services, content services, mobile voice, SMS and data communications, IDD/roaming, Internet connectivity, cloud services, electronic/mobile payment, entertainment, secretarial services, personal assistant services and information services (such as weather, finance and news information), device accessories, mobile applications and software, computer peripheral, accessories and software (including notebooks, handsets, mobile devices and accessories, keyboards, security installations and mobile applications), reward, loyalty and privilege programs, lifestyle, networking events, travelling, banking, alcohol, sports, music, gaming, transportation, household products, food and beverages, finance, stored value facilities, electronic wallets, cryptocurrencies, digital assets, insurance, wealth and asset management services and products, pensions, investments, brokering, financial advisory, credit and other financial services and products, education, health and wellness, beauty products and services, fashion and accessories, electronics, social networking, technology, e-commerce, digital assets and related offerings and services, logistics, retail, home and décor, media and high-end consumer products and services, shopping malls and outlets, property developments, public services, utility services, donations and contributions for charitable and/or non-profit making purposes.


6.4    You may withdraw your consent to the use and/or disclosure of your Data for direct marketing purposes at any time by writing to Group Data Protection Officer (GPO Box 9896 or You may resume receiving the marketing materials and/or communications (if you have previously opted- out of receiving such material and/or communications from the relevant Service(s)) by making a written request to our Group Data Protection Officer together with your registered name and service account number, registered telephone number or login name (as applicable).
